Where the exchange is required because of an error by Drip by Vunasco, we will cover the associated shipping costs.

Where the exchange results from a customer ordering the wrong size or changing their preference, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Refunds are only approved after the returned item has been received and inspected by our quality assurance team.

Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

• Incorrect item delivered

we will bear the reasonable return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a customer-related reason, including:

the customer will be responsible for all shipping expenses.
